I LOVE POS-X. If everyone ran their business like POS-X my job would be soooo much easier. I would love to use POS-X for all our equipment needs. Keep up the superior work! I appreciate you guys.

Your staff and customer service is amazing!! I have only had a few problems with your equipment and you staff was more than amazing in getting them fixed!! It's hard being a small business and getting swallowed up by crappy customer service of large companies that we have to deal with! I will always send new business your way in any way I can!! It's also nice to see company who knows people and small business help make up their sales!

I have installed a lot of hardware in the past five years as a non-tech person responsible for our IT and POS-X has the best support system by far with your easy to access chat feature and quick access customer support. It makes getting to the root of the problem so easy. It's far superior to the Log a Case and then wait for a callback, which inevitably comes after I've left the machine, or the building, or the entire city. Seriously, it makes my next hardware purchasing decision an easy one.

I have to admit that I am highly impressed with the ION TP5 all-in-one terminal. I am not sure if it's the software, the terminal, or the combination. As soon as the POS software was installed, everything worked like magic. The printer, the credit card reader, the bardcode reader, etc... everything worked at the first try (Actual sale), Amazing!!!

Tanner has helped me the most often, but I've worked with Phillip, Justin, Blake, and Natalie. Everyone has been super helpful and very informative. I'll recommend POS-X to anyone in the restaurant business as the hardware is great, but the service and support is out of this world!
